No Hassle Travel

As members of Nametag, your staff will be able to book hotels and experiences easily and directly. This is a huge benefit for them and time saver for you. They get to experience travel as guests and you get happy, experienced employees.

You Control Your Inventory

We can use a promotion code so that bookings can be made directly, or Nametag can book via phone or email. You manage your Blackout Dates and limitations.

We Verify Eligibility

When an employee-member requests travel, we contact the Hotel Member to verify current employment before booking their experience.

Basic Fees-Covered

When an employee-member travels, they’ll pay a $9 fee to offset your costs. Minimal impact to your expenses--maximum benefit for your employees.

Commitment

$149 per Month

As attractions, your monthly fee is set at $149 per month. That’s a very low cost to gain access to our network of hotel stays and other attractions for your employees--probably the least expensive employee benefit you offer.

Minimum of $500 Pool per Month

The “Pool” is what we call our list of options. For attractions, we use the regular price of your attraction to determine your pool contribution. To offer a fair trade value to all members, your employees will be able to use the equivalent value to what you put in. Add-ins like food and beverage, cart fees, and early access can be used to increase your pool value.

$5 Booking Fee

When your Employee-Members travel, we’ll charge a $5 fee per night or per Pass (Access for one person to an attraction). This will appear on your monthly invoice.

12 Month Commitment

If your attraction is only open seasonally, you’ll have unlimited access during your open season and restricted access during your off season.

Seasonal?

If your attraction is only open seasonally, you’ll still have access during your off season until your trade value has been used.
